Job Duties
- Create a welcoming dining experience for all guests
- deliver an exceptional and fun detail oriented dining experience that reflects the standards of RRG
- serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct timing and presentation
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
- support opening and closing duties, including side work, stocking, and end of shift cleaning
- support all team members, including managers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and hosts to ensure a seamless guest experience
- utilize wine and beverage knowledge to enhance the dining experience
