Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming dining experience for all guests
  • deliver an exceptional and fun detail oriented dining experience that reflects the standards of RRG
  • serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct timing and presentation
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
  • support opening and closing duties, including side work, stocking, and end of shift cleaning
  • support all team members, including managers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and hosts to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • utilize wine and beverage knowledge to enhance the dining experience
