Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move and stand for long periods of time
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm in guest interaction
  • Ability to handle difficult guest situations calmly
  • Experience in customer service role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security enforcement
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to read and communicate in English

Job Duties

  • Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • Acts as an initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas
  • Assists guests with all requests and answers questions
  • Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Keeps supervisors informed of any problems or unusual matters
  • Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times
  • Diffuses difficult guest situations protecting staff and policies
  • Assists with maintenance and upkeep of Viewpoint and Midway areas
  • Maintains and organizes rental equipment and billiard supplies
  • Checks and restocks necessary supplies
  • Helps with setup and breakdown of special events
  • Provides game assistance by notifying support as needed
  • Directs guests to kiosk areas and answers questions
  • Enforces house policies and informs management of issues
  • Bids farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction
  • Assists team members and promotes cooperative working climate
  • Maintains professional appearance and communication
