Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
- capability to work in both hot and cold environments such as near freezers and cooking equipment
- ability to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping frequently
- must have the ability to read and communicate in English

- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in an enjoyable environment
- act as an initial point of contact regarding safety and security across all areas including front door, Viewpoints, Midway, bar, kitchen, dining, event rooms, and restrooms
- assist guests with requests and answer questions
- greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- inform supervisors promptly about any issues or unusual situations and suggest corrective actions
- manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members, and managers
- diffuse difficult guest situations protecting staff safety and house policies
- maintain cleanliness and upkeep of gaming and rental equipment areas
- stock and clean billiard supplies to maximize cost efficiency
- assist and direct guests to kiosk areas
- enforce house policies and inform management of any issues
- help set up and break down special events
- bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
- foster a cooperative and harmonious team environment
- adhere to dress guidelines looking professional
- must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- must be at least 18 years old
