  • 2+ years of banquet or hospitality leadership experience
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead banquet events according to banquet event orders (beos)
  • supervise banquet servers and ensure high service standards
  • communicate effectively with the team and kitchen staff
  • conduct pre-shift meetings and assign server sections
  • monitor setup, timing of service, and guest satisfaction
  • address issues calmly and efficiently during events
  • complete post-event reports and ensure full breakdown
