Job Duties
- Lead banquet events according to banquet event orders (beos)
- supervise banquet servers and ensure high service standards
- communicate effectively with the team and kitchen staff
- conduct pre-shift meetings and assign server sections
- monitor setup, timing of service, and guest satisfaction
- address issues calmly and efficiently during events
- complete post-event reports and ensure full breakdown
