  • 3 to 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • 1 to 3 years supervisory experience
  • food handlers certificate
  • FSP certified
  • ASAP certified

Job Duties

  • Responsible for executing private and club events
  • hold pre-function meetings with servers to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • assign server stations and coordinate the timing of courses with kitchen personnel
  • assure proper inventory of all banquet service equipment and supplies
  • regularly inspect all house service areas and equipment to guarantee standards
  • act as lead waiter at special, private functions as needed
  • assume opening or closing manager responsibilities when assigned
  • ensure staff are aware and ready to execute daily assignments and side work
