Job Requirements
- minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- provide legible communication
- compute basic arithmetic

Job Qualifications
- minimum 2-3 years experience as a server
- ServSafe Food Handling Certification
- TIPs training and TABC card
- fluency in English both verbal and written
- basic computer skills
- cash handling skills
- ability to communicate courteously and effectively with guests and team members
- knowledge of menu items, wine, and beverages
Job Duties
- take food and beverage orders
- retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications
- collect payments
- assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment
- suggestively sell restaurant menu items, beverages, and wines
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
- adhere to Peabody grooming standards
