Job Description
Candlewood Suites Boston/North Shore/Danvers is a newly renovated extended-stay hotel that offers a modern and comfortable environment designed to meet the needs of both guests and employees. Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
- thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing
- strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- cast creative spells to fill rooms, pump up revenue, and celebrate team wins
- assemble, train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
- build budgets, forecast outcomes, and develop marketing campaigns
- conduct sales calls, property tours, and client meetings
- support the General Manager and collaborate across departments as an operations ambassador
- negotiate, sell, and influence with strong communication skills
- analyze market trends and apply strategic vision
