The liaison will also act as a critical connection between guests and case management services, helping individuals access the resources they need. Additionally, the liaison will direct visitors to the appropriate FOH staff and participate in facility and site management meetings to provide input for campus safety and operational improvements.

In this role, the Campus Safety & Guest Liaison will respond to crises and urgent situations on the campus, working collaboratively with EMTs, first responders, and internal teams to provide necessary support and documentation. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, as it involves establishing positive relationships with guests and providing meaningful assistance in navigating available services. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, reflecting the agency's commitment to serving a diverse community.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $38,000 to $44,000 per year.
