Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
Ability to work flexible hours including opening, midday, and closing shifts
Availability to work occasional weekends
Physical ability to perform frequent lifting, standing for extended periods, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following cleaning and sanitation protocols
Food handling or safety certification may be required in some locations

Job Qualifications

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for temporary employment
Previous food handling experience preferred
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills
Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods

Job Duties

Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments
Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit
Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions
Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food and drinks following prescribed recipes and techniques
Set up or restock displays, wrap, label, date, and rotate food items for sale
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following cleaning, sanitation, and operational standards
