The position available at Genuine Foods is for a Full-time Cook working the weekend shift. This critical role supports the production kitchen by preparing and serving food accurately based on daily menus and recipe standards defined by the company’s culinary team. The Cook is responsible for ensuring food safety standards are rigorously observed at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and coordinating effectively with other team members to ensure timely and smooth food service operations. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of line cook or culinary experience
- Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a school environment
- Must be flexible and team-oriented
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy
- Interest in and commitment to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to enhance students’ minds, bodies, and happiness

Job Duties
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Cook and prep food accurately based on recipes and specifications provided by the Chef Genuine Foods
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all food is prepared on time for service
- Maintain a clean working environment and assist the team with additional cleaning duties
- Keep area stocked and organized
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
