The Concierge Security Officer role at GardaWorld Security Services offers an exciting full-time opportunity based in Boulder, Colorado, with a set schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, 6 AM to 2 PM, amounting to 40 hours per week. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.60, with the added convenience of DailyPay available to employees. As a Concierge Security Officer, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Your role will involve interacting with people on all shifts and in diverse settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, where your ability to build meaningful connections will be essential. You will be responsible for welcoming and verifying the identity of visitors, managing access control, performing regular patrols to identify potential risks, and inspecting security equipment to ensure everything is in proper working condition.

The role also requires responding promptly and effectively to incidents, administrating first aid when necessary, and coordinating with emergency teams to handle situations professionally and with care. Additional duties include answering questions from the public either in person or by phone, documenting incidents with detailed reports, and ensuring the overall safety and protection of individuals and property within your assigned location. This position not only demands vigilance and attentiveness but also compassion, approachability, and clear communication skills to instill confidence and reassurance in those you serve.

Successful candidates will bring work authorization to the United States, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate the ability to pass an extensive screening process designed to uphold GardaWorld's high standards. Experience in security, military, or law enforcement fields is highly valued, though not required. If state licensing is required, candidates must hold the appropriate credentials.
