Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum one year of similar work experience
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capability to manage financial transactions accurately
  • Ability to analyze and resolve student account discrepancies
  • Availability to work three days at LSC and two days at WTC per week
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with office automation software
  • Supervisory experience

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience generating school identification cards for students, staff, and faculty
  • Ability to maintain areas accepting Rambler Bucks such as VTS, copiers, and Aero readers
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
  • Ability to use MS Office, email, and other office automation systems

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to students in writing, via email, in person, and by telephone
  • Work three days at LSC and two days at WTC per week
  • Process new and replacement identification cards
  • Manage department inbox and respond to written communications timely
  • Assist with identification card services including building access, library services, printing, parking privileges, and special events
  • Provide card services and information at orientation events
  • Manage connections status and service card devices on campus
  • Collect cash from Valueport terminals on campus
  • Balance Rambler Bucks requests and payments
  • Reconcile weekly and monthly invoices
  • Assist with student meal plan accounts
  • Maintain department websites
  • Track supplies and ensure both office locations are stocked
  • Receive cash, check, and credit card payments from students, parents, and employees
  • Process department deposits and application fees
  • Prepare cash and checks for deposit
  • Balance daily deposit receipts
  • Assist with generating student refunds each semester
  • Analyze student accounts, resolve discrepancies, identify errors, and determine corrective actions within guidelines
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
