Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and cleaning
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and guest common areas
  • Walk all assigned areas throughout shift
  • Remove and replace dirty towels, service trays, and glasses
  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Set up and/or breakdown pool areas daily
  • Maintain pool showers, lockers, and bathroom areas throughout shift
  • Serve as barback and busser for pool bartenders and servers
  • Stock pool linen and supplies to ensure inventory levels
  • Report missing/found articles, damage, or merchandise problems to supervisor or security
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with supervisor on work priorities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Adjust work schedule as needed based on operational requirements
