The Customer Support Specialist role at Crew Carwash is a dynamic and integral position based out of the corporate office in Fishers, Indiana. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative, providing exemplary service to both internal teams and external customers. This position involves managing a high volume of customer inquiries primarily through phone calls and emails, addressing concerns related to customer loyalty programs, and maintaining overall account support. In addition to routine customer support, this role also includes specialized responsibilities such as the administration of Crew Carwash’s Fleet Program and Fundraising Program. Managing these programs involves processing applications, verifying non-profit statuses of organizations, preparing contracts, and facilitating orders. Furthermore, the Customer Support Specialist provides valuable support to day-to-day office operations, including front desk coverage, greeting guests, sorting mail, and processing corporate orders. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer support or related field
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume phone and email inquiries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and dedication to customer service

Job Duties

  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls, email communications and field requests professionally and timely
  • Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
  • Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes
  • Process customer comments and feedback and funnel them to the appropriate supervisor or director
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance functions
  • Set-up and administration of Crew's Fleet Program
  • Administration of Crew's Fundraising Program including handling inquiries, processing applications, qualifying non-profit status, preparing contracts, and ordering tickets
  • Process and ship Book and Gift Card orders placed on website daily
  • Provide front desk/receptionist coverage by greeting guests and answering main phone line
  • Sort mail and process corporate and phone book/ticket orders
