- Assist Bakery Manager with inventory management and production standards
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- Fill in as in charge in absence of manager and first clerk
- Make special cake orders
- Adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
