- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Must adhere to all company and state sanitation guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in bakery or food service environment is beneficial
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of bakery equipment operation
- Understanding of sanitation and hygiene regulations
- Ability to maintain organized workspaces
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, outstanding service, and sanitary conditions
- Maintain an adequate presentation with proper variety of cakes necessary to meet customer needs
- Manage bakery inventory and shrinkage levels with the Bakery Manager
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and utensils safely
- Fulfill all customer special orders including cake orders
