Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Ensure product availability, quality, and outstanding service
- Maintain proper variety of cakes and seasonal standards
- Maintain inventory levels in coordination with Bakery Manager
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Fulfill special orders such as custom cake requests
- Adhere to all company policies and sanitation guidelines
- Supervise bakery operations in the absence of the manager and first clerk
- Ensure customer satisfaction through sanitary conditions and product quality
