Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in cake decorating or bakery work preferred
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
strong attention to detail
dependable and team oriented
ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

Experience in a bakery environment preferred
proficiency in cake decorating techniques
ability to closely follow recipes and instructions
strong attention to detail
good teamwork skills
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Decorate cakes according to customer orders and bakery standards
follow recipes and instructions to ensure product consistency and quality
assist in the preparation of cake components as needed
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
