- Experience in a retail environment producing large quantities of cakes and pastries
- Ability to work fast while focusing on individual tasks
- Basic English communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of cakes, desserts and pastries at a high rate of speed
- Mix creams, sauces, fillings and icings
- Apply finishing work to cakes
- Take guest orders by phone and in-person
- Assist bakers and bakery clerks as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
