- prior experience in bakery or cake decoration preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- physical ability to lift and handle bakery products
- good manual dexterity

- Cut cakes
- fill cakes
- ice cakes
- decorate cakes and write messages using pastry bags and tips
- package cakes for special orders and back stock
