Job Duties
- Cut cakes with precision
- fill cakes with various fillings
- ice cakes smoothly and attractively
- decorate cakes with artistic designs
- write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- package cakes for special orders
- maintain back stock of cakes properly
