Job Requirements
- Able to move cases of food or paper products and containers up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
- capability to stand and travel quickly in customer service areas for long periods
- ability to work in different temperature ranges
- interact constantly with the public and coworkers
- clean up after messy situations
- read order monitors accurately
- recall and communicate product information
- practice food handling procedures and meet health regulations
- adhere to established PRIDE food handling policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and decorate cake products according to customer specifications and standards
- operate and maintain cake and soft serve equipment safely
- maintain adequate inventory of decorated cakes and display freezer levels
- conduct product sampling and actively sell items
- take and fill customer cake orders professionally and timely
- work as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value
- clean work areas, stock and rotate products, and maintain sanitation according to PRIDE standards
- wash counters, restrooms, mop floors and carry out other cleaning tasks
- communicate significant issues and problems with management
- perform other duties as requested by management staff
