Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions
- works with decorating bags tips nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- ensures adherence to food safety sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- drives performance of bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards
- prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- identifies member needs assists members with purchasing decisions
- resolves member issues and concerns
- acts as brand advocate by valuing members experience and modeling high quality service
- interacts with associates to understand roadblocks
- assists in training developing and inspiring team
