The role offered is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a creative flair for cake decorating. The position centers on being a brand ambassador of Dairy Queen®, engaging warmly with fans, and producing visually appealing and tasty cake creations. Duties include assembling and preparing soft serve and Blizzard cakes, decorating with various art tools and techniques such as icing, gel, airbrush, edible images, and lettering. The successful candidate will be energetic, positive, and eager to uphold Dairy Queen’s high standards in service and food safety.

Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, you would be responsible for not only crafting memorable cakes but also ensuring that fans’ expectations are exceeded through quality and timely service. Communication skills are essential as the role requires addressing fan inquiries about product ingredients and preparation, and managing any fan concerns with professionalism following Dairy Queen’s service recovery guidelines. Collaboration and teamwork are also highly valued, as you would work closely with management and fellow team members to maintain a friendly and cooperative workplace atmosphere.
