Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in deli or bakery role preferred
- ability to work full time during opening or morning shifts
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- capability to lift and move moderate weights
- willingness to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or retail environment is advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
- attention to detail regarding food safety
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- stock and merchandise incoming products onto the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- assist in managing inventory levels
- support team in daily operational tasks
- comply with company policies and procedures
