This particular role is for a full-time Deli/Bakery Associate at this Walmart Supercenter. The position offers hourly wages ranging from $18 to $31 per hour, with the actual rate at or above the applicable minimum wage depending on the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives as well as premiums that may be applied based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met. This role primarily revolves around preparing quality deli and bakery products to meet customer expectations and engaging directly with customers at the service counter. The associate will also be responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
