Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform bakery production tasks
- Adherence to company policies and code of ethics

- Understanding of inventory and waste control processes
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accurate decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use various decorating tools and techniques
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, and training
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve service issues
- Prepare for seasonal bakery demand and eliminate waste
- Act as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and supporting team development
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards
- Communicate progress and collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners
- Build inclusive and respectful team environment and foster associate growth
