Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 5 years experience in baking and decorating Hispanic style cakes and pastries
bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong manual dexterity and ability to use bakery equipment safely
reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in baking and producing Hispanic bakery and pastry products preferred
bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
ability to safely operate bakery equipment
strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decoration
excellent communication and customer service skills
