Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cake decorating or related field preferred
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic designs
- Take customer orders over the phone and in-store
- Replenish display cases and shelves with decorated products
- Mix icing colors to create desired shades
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service
