Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work opening and morning shifts
- available to work part-time
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- documented eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery preferred but not required
- customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products meeting Walmart standards
- engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent customer service
- move and stock incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness of work and display areas
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist in inventory management and product rotation
- support team operations during assigned shifts
