Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bakery or cake decorating preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Work in an efficient manner

Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis

Job Duties

Managing cake out-dates daily
Receiving and processing cake orders
Managing cake and icing inventory
Managing cake decorating station including preparing icings and following all sanitation procedures
Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership
Stocking and maintenance of product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards
Potential for working in deli and bakery areas
Performing other duties as assigned or required
