Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in cake decorating or similar artistic role preferred
Excellent artistic and creative skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to take orders accurately in person and over the phone
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

Use artistic and creative design skills to decorate cakes and pastries
Mix colors to create perfect icing and floral decorations
Take customer orders in store and over the phone
Replenish display cases and shelves with fresh products
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
