Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bakery or cake decorating
basic understanding of cake preparation techniques
ability to stand for long periods
good communication skills
ability to follow instructions
reliable and punctual

ability to use pastry bags and decorating tips

Cut cakes
fill cakes with desired fillings
ice cakes smoothly and evenly
