Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cake decorating or related field
Ability to stand for long periods
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic math skills
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Ability to use pastry bags and tips effectively

Job Duties

Cut cakes using appropriate tools
Fill cakes with various fillings
Ice cakes smoothly and evenly
Decorate cakes using pastry bags and different tips
Write personalized messages on cakes
Package cakes for special orders
Package cakes for back stock
