Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant cake decorating or artistic experience preferred
Ability to mix colors and create decorative designs
Good communication skills for taking customer orders
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Use artistic and creative skills to decorate cakes and pastries
Create custom icing colors and flowers for cakes
Take customer orders in store and over the phone
Replenish display cases and shelves with decorated products
Ensure high-quality presentation and freshness of products
Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
