- Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Availability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and decorate high-volume cakes and desserts using standardized recipes
- Perform other related preparation and sanitation duties as required
- Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- Perform heavy lifting as part of job duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- Follow food safety and handling regulations
- Collaborate with Bakery Manager and bakery staff to meet production goals
