Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery work preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and artistic ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual

- Previous cake decorating experience preferred
- Artistic ability with a keen eye for aesthetic detail
- Ability to use cake decorating tools, including cake printers and modeling tools
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and a steady hand
Job Duties
- Packages, labels, and prices cakes
- Maintains, cleans, and polishes the refrigerator showcase for cakes and ice cream
- Keeps display refrigerator showcase fully stocked
- Keeps up to date with the latest trends in both flavors and aesthetic appeal
- Fills customer special orders and quotes accurate pricing, both in person and by phone
- Designs, prepares, and decorates cakes according to customer specifications
- Delivers cakes directly to customers when necessary
