The role also includes ownership of bakery performance, including quality control, waste reduction, preparation for seasonal increases in demand (such as holidays and family events), and assisting members with product selection and resolving any concerns.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to follow company policies and ethical standards
- Physical ability to perform bakery production tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including seasonal demands
