Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to manage seasonal volume and work demands

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Skilled in bakery decoration tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Competency in operating bakery equipment
  • Basic digital literacy for leveraging technology in production and sales

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate associates on tools and resources
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
  • Follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools like bags, tips and nozzles
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain protocols
  • Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
  • Prepare for seasonal bakery volume events
  • Drive performance of bakery area ensuring quality and waste control
  • Model high quality service and products while fostering a respectful team environment
