Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools like bags, tips and nozzles
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain protocols
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Prepare for seasonal bakery volume events
- Drive performance of bakery area ensuring quality and waste control
- Model high quality service and products while fostering a respectful team environment
