Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments successfully within prescribed time periods
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform bakery production tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Experience in cake decorating preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in retail bakery settings

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers, lettering, and other designs
