We are currently hiring Full-Time Deli / Bakery Associates to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #508. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards of our food service offerings. As a Deli / Bakery Associate, your main priority will be to prepare and present quality deli and bakery products that meet Walmart’s standards and customer expectations. You will engage warmly with customers at the service counter, providing efficient and friendly service. Additionally, this role involves stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are fresh, appealing, and readily available.

The position demands a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Proper sanitation practices and regular cleaning of work areas are critical responsibilities that help ensure customer safety and product excellence. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $17 to $30 depending on experience, location-specific minimum wage requirements, and additional compensation through performance incentives and premiums. These premiums can vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed and can range from an additional $0.35 up to $3.00 per hour.
