- 2 plus years experience in cake decorating bakeshop or as an employee of a bakery or store that prepares baked goods
- experience using cake decorating methods such as wilton or other professional methods
- bilingual english spanish preferred

Job Duties
- develop safe professional and comprehensive cake decorating training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their program and remain motivated to attain their personal goals
- instruct cake decorating classes while maintaining the cleanliness of the studio classroom
- develop and maintain a cake decorating client base
- develop lesson plans and deliver content to students
- monitor participants throughout entire class
- keep accurate attendance records
- follow check-in policies for each class
