In this supervisory role, you will manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers, driving performance through training, scheduling, motivating, and problem-solving. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high level of operational compliance and guest service. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information discreetly, and proficiency with various software applications including point-of-sale systems. Through your dedication and ethical standards, you will contribute directly to the continued success and positive reputation of our casino operations.

The Cage Supervisor must possess strong cash handling experience, mathematical skills, and office competencies to handle the high volume of transactions with precision and care. Your responsibilities will also include verifying daily paperwork to identify and resolve any discrepancies, enforcing departmental policies and internal controls, and addressing guest inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 50 pounds with assistance, and perform other activities necessary for effective job performance.

Joining our team means becoming part of a company that values personal and professional dedication, teamwork, and upholding our mission, vision, and values. If you are an organized, responsible individual with previous supervisory experience and a passion for excellence in the casino industry, we encourage you to apply for this key supervisory position.
