Job Requirements

Three to five years experience in casino cage operations
Four-year degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations and obtain a license if required
Ability to handle irregular work schedule and meet deadlines
Ability to distinguish between colors
Ability to perform duties under time pressures in an interruptive environment

Job Qualifications

Three to five years experience in casino cage operations in a casino environment including slot/VLT machines, table games, and poker tables
Four-year degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand state and local tax laws, banking codes, gaming laws, and regulations
Effective leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

Supervise cage personnel on assigned shift to ensure accurate control over casino funds
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
Manage processes and procedures to control and reduce loss time injuries
Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment
Delegate authority and assign responsibilities
Develop staff including training, interviewing for hires, performance management, disciplinary counseling, and conducting performance evaluation
Manage department financial data
