Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
Previous gaming or banking experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to secure and maintain Nebraska Gaming License

Job Duties

Safeguard assets
Accurately balances assigned bank
Cashes chips and gaming tokens into money for guests in a courteous and timely manner
Cash personal checks and travelers checks for currency
Redeem foreign currency and compute accurate exchange rates
Follow procedures for sale and payout of tickets
Cash-in and cash-out gaming chips
Redeem slot machine payout tickets, TITO, and vouchers for cash or cash equivalent
Perform guest account transactions including issuing new and replacement player club cards
Resolve guest player's club issues and provide player club rewards information
Cash checks, perform cheque redemptions and consolidations
Perform credit card and EFTPOS cash advances
Perform rolling chip exchanges
Balance float at shift completion and restore to impress amount
Prepare table fills and receive table credits
Handle chip transfers between front windows, chip banks, and main banks
Balance chip bank inventory to casino computer system
Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets
Perform vault functions managing custody of coin, currency, checks, and records of cage transactions
Assist cage supervisor in maintaining accurate records
Maintain strict confidentiality of internal activities
Assist other cashiers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
