Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have or be able to obtain gaming registration
One year prior cash handling experience required
Must have excellent money handling skills
Basic computer skills are necessary
Good attendance
Positive attitude

Job Duties

Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude with guests and co-workers
Redeem guests chips, slot machine tickets and Race and Sports tickets after book hours
Handle cash for cash exchanges
Accept marker payments and front money deposits
Issue cage markers and customer deposit withdrawals
Utilize computer terminals for the cashing of guests personal and/or payroll checks
Maintain chip purchases and EZ Pay Ticket purchases (slot machine tickets)
Perform credit/debit card transactions through cash advance systems
Assist patrons in obtaining casino credit in absence of credit clerk
Handle exchange of foreign currency and chips
Maintain bank by keeping transactions and paperwork organized
Adhere to the turn-in time lines of the Main and Chip Banks
Ability to work Front Window Bank and Employee Bank proficiently
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Title 31
Enter cash transactions and negotiable items into Title 31 Resort Advantage system
Balance bank at the end of shift by making sure to start and end the shift with the same amount of money
Adhere strictly to all Gaming Regulations
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
