- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- Previous gaming or banking experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Safeguard assets
- Accurately balances assigned bank
- Cash chips and gaming tokens for guests in a courteous, timely manner
- Cash personal and travelers checks for currency
- Redeem foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates
- Process marker buy-back transactions providing quality service
- Follow proper procedures for sale and payout of tickets
- Cash-in and cash-out gaming chips
- Redeem slot machine payout tickets, TITO, and vouchers for cash
- Perform patron account transactions including safe keeping and front money deposits and withdrawals
- Perform cheque cashing, cheque and marker issuance, redemptions and consolidations
- Perform credit card and EFTPOS cash advances
- Perform rolling chip exchanges
- Balance float and bring it back to impress amount at shift completion
- Prepare table fills and receive table credits
- Handle chip transfers between front windows, chip banks and main banks
- Balance inventory of chip bank to casino computer system accounting for all chip movements
- Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets
- Perform all vault functions managing custody of coin, currency, checks and records
- Assist Cage Shift Manager in maintaining accurate records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of internal activities
- Assist other cashiers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
