Job Description
The Cage at Island View Casino is where all financial transactions, such as cash-outs, check cashing, and credit card advances, are handled. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service related to customer cash transactions, participate in the efficient operation of the Casino Cage, and safeguard/maintain cash drawers. The Island View Casino Resort is seeking a Cage Cashier to ensure accurate and compliant transactions.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cashiering experience preferred
- Excellent math and organizational skills required
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- Must have a positive attitude, excellent guest service skills, and be computer literate
- Must be 21 years of age.
