Job Qualifications

  • 1.5 years of corporate kitchen Line Cook experience
  • Ability to be exposed to cold, heat and water
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Approved Food Handler's Card
  • Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Ability to comprehend, read, and communicate in English
  • 1-4 years of customer service or high volume food service experience
  • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • Appropriate cooking methods and techniques

Job Duties

  • Set up food station according to Caffè guidelines
  • Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Restock items throughout shift
  • Maintain clean and sanitary workstation
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
