Job Requirements

1-4 years of experience in customer service or high volume food service
Have ServSafe certificate
Standing 100 percent of the time with exposure to cold, heat and water
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Understanding and ability to follow safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
Ability to comprehend, read, and communicate in English

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English
Passion for food, coffee, and espresso
Excellent customer service and listening skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the espresso bar and work area
Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
Accurately process customer payments and handle orders
Stock and merchandise coffee and related products
Assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive guest experiences
